Where we deliver
We ship to street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, territories, APO/FPO addresses, PO boxes or international destinations.
Rates and tax
Standard shipping is $6.95 per order below $75 in merchandise. Merchandise orders of $75 or more receive free standard shipping. USD prices include applicable sales tax; checkout adds no separate tax charge. No expedited option is offered.
Preparation and transit
Preparation takes 1–2 business days after written order and payment confirmation. Standard carrier transit is 3–5 business days after dispatch, for an estimated total of 4–7 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays. These estimates are not guarantees.
Address changes and delivery issues
Check your address before submitting. Contact us promptly to request a change before dispatch; we cannot guarantee changes once packed. We share dispatch and tracking information when available. If a shipment is late, lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your reference and packaging photos if possible. We will investigate with the carrier and agree a replacement or refund for a confirmed fulfillment problem.
Order changes
Availability is confirmed in writing before payment. If an item cannot ship, we will offer a revised timeline or cancellation; we do not substitute without your agreement.
