An order request is not an online card payment.
How payment works
Submit your selection and delivery details at checkout. We contact you to confirm item availability, the exact USD total and delivery address before requesting payment. Payment is by bank transfer only after this written confirmation. No funds are collected on this website.
No banking data at checkout
Do not enter card numbers, bank account information or transfer credentials in order notes. We provide payment instructions privately after confirmation; no bank details are published on the website. Verify any changed instructions by calling the published phone number before sending funds.
Total and timing
Product prices include applicable sales tax. Standard shipping is $6.95 below $75 in merchandise and free from $75. The confirmed order total must match your agreed items and shipping. We start the 1–2 business-day preparation period after payment and written confirmation. If payment is not received within 5 business days of confirmation, we may cancel the unpaid order after notifying you.
Cancellation and refunds
You may ask to cancel before dispatch. If a paid order is canceled before shipment, we refund the amount paid to its original source. After dispatch, the Returns Policy applies. We never require a second payment to release an agreed refund.
