Find the right cap and cloth

Start with how you drink and how much fabric you actually need.

Collapsible silicone bottle — Accordion silicone body; polypropylene screw spout cap

A bottle for your cleaning routine

Push-pull caps have a short valve path and the LDPE bottle is squeezable. The steel straw bottle offers double-wall construction but adds a removable straw and seal to the washing routine. The clear flip-spout bottle shows remaining water but has a hinged channel to rinse.

Wide opening or smaller empty bag?

The 750 mL wide-mouth steel bottle offers direct brush access without insulation. The 550 mL silicone accordion bottle folds down after emptying, but water can linger in its pleats. Fully expand it to wash and dry.

Terry, waffle or microfiber?

The cotton terry hand towel uses 420 g/m² loop pile for a fuller feel. The 280 g/m² waffle towel is lighter and textured. The 200 g/m² microfiber format is compact, but attracts lint if washed with cotton. Fabric weight describes construction, not a verified drying-speed or absorbency score.

Coverage versus face care

The 24 × 48 in ribbed towel covers more bench area. It is not a non-slip mat. The 13 × 13 in velour square is intended for a face wipe and has a looped reverse. Measure your intended coverage rather than choosing on fabric weight alone.

Can I use a hot or fizzy drink?

No. These bottles are intended for cool, still water. Do not microwave, freeze filled bottles or rely on the cap as pressure containment. Carry upright and check the seal before placing in a bag.

Will cotton change after washing?

Some natural shrinkage is expected. Use the page-specific temperature, reshape waffle cotton while damp and avoid high heat. Wash all towels before first use and after workouts. Do not use fabric softener.
