Returns Policy
A 30-day return window, with clear hygiene and condition requirements.
Window and eligibility
Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery to request a return. Bottles must be unused, empty and unwashed, with their caps, seals and accessories. Towels must be unused and unwashed. Keep original packaging where possible. Used drinking surfaces and used towels are not eligible for a change-of-mind return for hygiene reasons. Your statutory rights for defective goods are not limited.
Start a return
Email your order reference, the item, quantity and reason. We respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Do not ship before receiving those instructions. Approved returns go to FORM Cycling Studio, LLC., 210 Edwards Village Blvd. Suite B203 Edwards CO 81632. Include your reference and package securely; use a tracked carrier.
Costs
For a change of mind, you pay the actual return postage. We charge no restocking fee. Original standard delivery charges are not refunded on voluntary returns unless the order was canceled before dispatch. We pay reasonable return postage or supply a return label for an incorrect, damaged or defective item.
Damage and incorrect items
Tell us as soon as possible after discovering a problem; photos and packaging help but are not mandatory to report a defect. Do not continue using a damaged bottle or an item with a faulty closure. We will agree a replacement or refund and explain whether return is required.
Inspection and refunds
We inspect returned goods within 3 business days of receipt and notify you of approval or the reason for rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment source within 5 business days of approval; your bank may require additional processing time. We do not issue store credit in place of an agreed refund without consent.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Request a return and place a separate order for the new construction or format.
